NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2018 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA Nation Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at the X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. (The performance at Rapid City rodeo on Jan. 26 will not be considered a conflict). CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2018 money won. (Only contestants who were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is place in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or a VIR and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees.
