The performance at Tucson that conflicts with the San Antonio X-Bulls will be filled with contestants who were not accepted as entries at the San Antonio X-Bulls. Buddy groups may be split to guarantee “no conflict”. ALL EVENTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies of a turn-out, doctor’s release or visible injury release through ProCom, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position. (Non-notified turn- outs and visible injury releases after the turn-out deadline will not be replaced). If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position, the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. The replacement contestant’s competition order will be based on his time, not on the competition order of the contestant that he is replacing. In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who turned-out, the replacement contestant will be drawn an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned- out (includes DR’s and VIR’s), and the first available designated re-ride. SLACK ORDER - Order of events for both sections of slack will be GB, TD, TR & SW. Order of timed events during the performances will be SW, TR, TD. SCORELINES - SW - 18’; TD - 20’; TR - 22’. GROUND RULES: May also enter online Feb. 10 at 8 AM to Feb. 11 at 2 PM. CONTESTANTS - 30 minimum entries. One go-round with a (top 10) finals (will not exceed 10). If there are not ten qualified rides during the first go- round, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 10th place is tied going into the finals, the tie will be broken by random draw. QUALIFICATIONS: Based on 2018 blended CPRA and PRCA standings as of October 1, 2018. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders with zero dollars. If there are less than 22 entries the committee reserves the right to change the format to a 2 head with an aggregate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turn- out or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant property doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees. CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted through CRES. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round, a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count towards PRCA World standings, PRCA Xtreme Bulls standings, and PRCA Rookie of the
