The remainder of contestants will be placed in the 9th and 10th performances and slack after the 9th and 10th performances on Feb. 14 and Feb. 15, the slacks on Feb. 5 and Feb. 6, or any of the other 8 remaining performances that do not fill to at least 10 per performance. In SW, contestants who were originally placed in the first 8 performances, will only be allowed to trade with other contestants who were originally placed in the first 8 performances, and contestants who were placed in the slacks or the 9th and 10 performances, will only be allowed to trade with contestants who were placed in the slack or the 9th and 10th performances. TR - Only two loops allowed. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies a turn-out, doctor’s release or visible injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position. (Non-notified TO’s and VIR’s after the turn-out deadline will not be replaced).If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the positions, the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned- out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal form a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) and the first available designated re-ride. ALL EVENTS: If a contestant in the 4th bracket at The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo is qualifying for the finals at San Angelo on Feb. 16, which conflicts with the first go-round of the 4th bracket at The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, he will be allowed to trade with someone in the 5th bracket as long as the trade is confirmed prior to the riding event stock draw for the 4th bracket. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant’s actions are deemed detrimental to the PRCA, the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, or rodeo in general, that contestant will not be accepted as an entry at San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo in 2019 or 2020. ALL CONTESTANTS - All contestants must sign a release of liability with the secretary before competing in this rodeo. Any contestant who turns out of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo or the San Antonio Xtreme Bulls Event without a valid doctor release or visible injury will not be eligible to continue competition, advance to the semi-finals or finals, nor enter the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo in 2019 and 2020. In the event of a turn- out in the first go-round, the next ranking contestant on the alternate list will be used as a replacement. All contestants must wear PRCA patch while competing. ALL CONTESTANTS - Will check-in at Coliseum/AT&T Center West Gate/Gate A on Houston Street upon arrival. No dogs will be allowed on the grounds, with the exception of contract acts. Contestants must park horse trailers in the designated Pro Rodeo parking area.
