Schroeder was born Dec. 17, 1958, in Beaumont, Texas, and was the youngest son of Ferdinand “Boots” and Jean Schroeder. Schroeder developed a passion for animals at a young age. College partners with Sheridan rodeo to resume community use of park The public can again rent the Sheridan College AgriPark, the college- owned rodeo arena donated by local artist and philanthropist Neltje. On Jan. 11, college officials announced a partnership with the Sheridan WYO Rodeo board to manage rentals of the indoor western-event arena. The facility had been closed to the
