A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Broncs Event. The alternate list will be based on 2018 money won. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn for the 3 positions to be filled from the futurity during the original stock draw. Positions for the 3 contestants will be determined by a random draw by the judges. NOTE - Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count toward qualification for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo and the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos also count towards circuit standings, as long as the contestant has satisfied his required circuit participation count. X-Bronc Events are not applied to the required circuit participation count. Money won at this event will not count towards All Around Standings. STK. The deadline for “walk- up replacement” will be one hour prior to the performance. The alternate list will be based on 2018 PRCA World Standings. The alternate will compete on the animal that is drawn for the contestant the he is replacing. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. ALL EVENTS - Re-entries will be accepted on Mon., Jan. 28 between 9 AM and 12 PM for any available positions. TRADE DEADLINE - Fri., Jan., 25 at 5 PM. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 24 minimum entries (12 per performance). No compensation. No slack. (See R1.2.13.4. and R1.2.14 for qualifications). One go- round with the first and second place contestants each performance advancing to a bonus round during that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of a coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the entries close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back to back, same performance. PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round(s). Winner takes all in the bonus round(s). If there are no qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay- off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re-ride prior to using the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round for inferior performance. In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won at this event will not count for All Around Standings, circuit standings, or towards a circuit rodeo participation count.

BB, SB, BR - Re-rides will be drawn for each performance and a pool will be established by the stock contractor and approved by the event representatives for additional re-rides if needed.
