that turns out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the $35 fee and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non-notified turn-out will be responsible for the $35 fee and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for the $35 fee. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. If a contestant turns out of a Division 1 event after the stock draw and a replacement is not found, he will be charged a $500 turn out fine. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated are prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. HONEST EFFORT - At any Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant. If in the opinion of the Pro Official, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified and suspended for the next two Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding events. The determination of the Pro Official will be final. In addition to the disqualification, the fine will progressively double for each reoccurring offense. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. - 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places. - 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-round, pays 6 places. - 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward PRCA World standings, Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings. (provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos) Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings, or toward a circuit rodeo count. NOTE: If a contestant that is accepted as an entry at the Ellensburg Xtreme Bulls Finale is conflicted on the same day at another PRCA rodeo or event as the Xtreme Bulls Finale, he will be allowed to draw out of the conflicting rodeo or event as long as he notifies the draw out through PROCOM by 5:00 PM on Wed, August 28. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division II qualifying events) to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2019 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standing, circuit standings or towards

GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANT - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Wed., Aug. 28 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One 40 contestant go-round with top 12 finals (will not exceed 12). If there are not 12 qualified rides, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw (by the judges). If the 12th contestant is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judge. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to the finals. IN ORDER OF SELECTION -100% 2019 X- Bulls Standings (Division 1 and II). No exemptions. If less than 40 contestants enter with money won in the X-Bulls Standings, the remaining positions will be filled based on total 2019 money won at PRCA rodeos. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on X-Bulls Standings, as of Aug. 27, 2019 or total money won at PRCA rodeos (as of 7 days prior to entry closing) if alternates have no money won in X-Bull standings. (Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications will be selected as alternates). Contestants who wish to be considered as alternates must enter. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than one hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by and alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the $35 Central Entry office/supplemental insurance fee.
