accepted as an entry or as an alternate at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day in the BR or same performance in the SB as this event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. HONEST EFFORT - At any event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant. If in the opinion of the judge, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bronc or bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified. The determination of the judge will be final. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: SB, BR: 6% of the total purse will be deducted prior to the pay-off. NOTE - In order for money won in this competition to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2019 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for the PRCA World standings. Money won in the BR at this event will count towards 2020 Xbulls standings. In all events money won will not count for All Around standings. In the BR, money won at this event will not count for circuit standings nor will the event be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. In the SB, money won will count towards circuit standings as long as the contestant has satisfied his required circuit participation count. This event will not be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. EF’s: SB - $165 plus $35 Central Entry Office/Supplemental Insurance fee.
