EVENTS: BR @ $10000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BR-$100 IF 1/$150 IF 2 PERMITS: BR GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Wed., Sept. 26 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One go-round. May be two go- rounds, back to back, same performance depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. IN ORDER OF SELECTION : - 70% top money - 30% top circuit NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for event whose entries close on or after July 15. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-bulls event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2018 money won, as of 7 days prior to entry closing. (Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualification or conflict will be selected as alternates). Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the perf to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non- notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if they are replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be sued as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked score. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2018 National Finals Rodeo, or the 2018 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2018 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for 2018 PRCA World Standings and 2019 Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count.
