GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One go-round. May be two go-rounds, same performance, depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULAS DIV. 2 - 70% top money, 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2017 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2017 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos or events held during the 2017 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number, must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the star of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2018 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or V.I.R and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out or V.I.R is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non- notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned- out, (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-

ALL EVENTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies a turn-out, doctor’s release, or visible injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position. Non-notified turn- outs and visible injury releases after the turn-out deadline will not be replaced. If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. The replacement contestant’s competition order will be based on his ranking in the average (not on the ranking of the contestant that he is replacing). In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned-out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that
