At age 37, Shane Proctor is definitely a veteran of the sport and is not hauling like he did in the midst of earning six trips to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. But it would certainly be a mistake to underestimate the 2011 PRCAWorld Champion Bull Rider, as folks around the Oakley (Utah) Independence Rodeo found out on Saturday night, July 2. Proctor claimed victory at the NFR Playoff Series presented by PendletonWhisky stop after putting together a 90-point ride aboard Bar T Rodeo’s Ditch.
