In the Championship CINCH Gold Buckle round, the three riding event animals in each event will be drawn an order and contestants will be matched to the drawn animals based on their placing’s in the semi-finals round. The number one contestant will be matched with the first drawn animal, etc. In the CINCH Gold Buckle Round, a contestant may compete on the same animal on which he competed during a qualifying performance. In the timed events, the contestant with the fastest time in semi-finals will be assigned the animal upon which the fastest time was earned during the qualifying performances. The contestant with the second fastest time in the semi-finals will be assigned the animal upon which the second fastest time was earned during the qualifying performances and the contestant with the third fastest time will be assigned the animal upon which the third fastest time was earned during the qualifying performances. The animal with the fourth fastest time in the qualifying performances will be come the designated extra. TIE BREAKING PROCEDURES - RIDING EVENTS: If a tie occurs for first place in a qualifying performance, both tied contestants will advance to the semi- finals. If a tie occurs for second place in a qualifying performance, the contestant with the highest combined score for the rider portion of the score will advance. If the tie still exists, the contestant ranked highest in the 2018 PRCA World Standings as of June 11, 2018 will advance. TIE BREAKING PROCEDURES - TIMED EVENTS: If a tie occurs for first place in a qualifying performance, both tied contestants will advance to the semi- finals. If a tie occurs for second place in a qualifying performance the contestant ranked highest in the 2018 PRCA World Standings as of June 11, 2018 will advance. If still tied, the contestant with the highest score or the fastest time in a qualifying performance will advance. If still tied, the contestant ranked highest in the 2018 PRCA World Standings as of June 11, 2018 will advance. PAY-OUT - The minimum guaranteed pay-out shall be $35,000 per event. In the Team Roping, the following amounts are paid per team (not per man). All of the following amounts are guaranteed minimum amounts, amounts may increase. Qualifying performances ($2,250 each event per performance): 1st place - $1,000; 2nd place - $750; 3rd place - $500. In the event that only one contestant has qualified time or ride, the entire pay-out will be paid to the first place winner. Except for in the Bull Riding (per R5.5.3) only first place money will count towards World Standings and additional monies will be considered ground money. In the event there are not any qualified rides or times, the money will be evenly distributed to all contestants who competed within their respective event. Any money paid to a contestant without a qualified ride or time will be considered ground money. Semi-finals performance ($4, 000 each event): 1st place - $0; 2nd place - $0; 3rd place - $0; 4th place - $800; 5th place - $800; 6th place - $800; 7th place - $800; 8th place - $800. Championship CINCH Gold Buckle round ($22,000 each event): 1st place - $15,000; 2nd place - $5,000; 3rd place - $2,000. STALLS - Are available at the Norris- Penrose Event Center and will be assigned to contestants at check-on at the NPEC Stall Office. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must abide by PPOBR rules and regulations for entry and exit with animals. Individuals who violate animal entry policies will be subject to immediate ejection from the premises. RIDING EVENTS - Riding event stock will be drawn by PROCOM a minimum of 24 hours in advance to each respective round. Any re-rides granted must be taken during the same performance. In the event that there are more re-rides awarded than there are re-ride animals, additional re-ride animals will be drawn from the original performance herd (animals used in that respective performance). TIMED EVENTS - If a calf or steer is obviously injured during competition, the run will be stopped immediately by the judge. The contestant will be required to maintain control of the calf or steer until the timed event chute boss or the PPOBR veterinarian excuses him. If the

ALL CONTESTANTS - Must wear back numbers which are visible at all times whether competing or not. All contestants are required to attend a mandatory meeting in the contestant hospitality room (or other designated place) at 5:30 PM on weekdays, and 11:30 Am on Saturday, prior to their qualifying performance. If a contestant is not able to attend the meeting, he must contact the rodeo secretary of PPOBR. MONEY WON AT THIS EVENT WILL NOT COUNT FOR MOUNTAIN STATES CIRCUIT STANDINGS. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR TD, SW - 40 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack The past two PPOBR champions (2016 and 2017) in each event will be accepted as exemptions as long as they are active and eligible PRCA contestant members. No other exemptions accepted. The remaining entries accepted will be based on 2018 PRCA World Standings as of June 11, 2018. TR - The PPOBR champion header and champion heeler for 2016 and 2017 will be accepted as exemptions as long as they are active and eligible PRCA contestant members. No other exemptions will be accepted. The top 38 eligible headers and the top 38 heelers based on 2018 PRCA World Standings as of June 11, 2018 that enter will be accepted. If the two PPOBR exemptions are already in the top 38 or do not enter, the next two in the 2018 World Standings will be accepted. The 40 headers that qualify must rope with the 40 heelers that qualify. If a contestants partner is drawn out due to qualifications, the contestant who qualified will not be allowed to draw out. A partner will be drawn for him at random from the other contestants whose partners have been drawn out due to qualifications. If a header or a heeler TO’s, DR’s, VIR’s, or DO’S prior to the 30-hour deadline, leaving an incomplete team, the next contestant in the corresponding category (header or heeler) on the alternate list established by PROCOM will be added to the team. If a notification is not made prior to the 30- hour deadline, the remaining partner may select another partner from among any of the PRCA event contestants already entered at the rodeo, except those scheduled to compete in the TR. FORMAT - There will be four qualifying performances, July 11-14, with 10 contestants (or teams) in each event in each performance plus a semi-finals round at 7 PM on July 14 consisting of 8 contestants (or teams) in each event, followed by the Championship CINCH Gold Buckle round which will consist of the top 3 highest scores or fastest times in each event from the semi-finals round. The two highest scores in each event from each qualifying performance will advance to the semi-finals round. In the event that there are not two qualified rides or times in a single performance, the next highest score(s) or fastest time(s) from other performances not qualified for the semi-finals round will advance. Also, if a contestant who qualified for the semi-finals round must turn-out due to a doctor’s release or a visible injury release, that contestant will be replaced by the next available highest ranked contestant from the same respective qualifying performance. If there are no other qualified rides or times in that respective qualifying performance the contestant with the next highest score or fastest time from other qualifying performances will be offered the position. If that contestant does not accept the position or cannot be contacted, the contestant with the next highest score or fastest time will be offered the position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled.

PAYOFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2018 National Finals Rodeo or the 2018 Rookie of the year Standings, during the 2018 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of 40 (forty) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count.
