ATTENTION CONTESTANTS

ATTENTION MEMBERS No duplicate award buckles (i.e. NFR go-round) will be made by Montana Silversmiths except under extenuating circumstances, and then a letter will have to be submitted to the Properties Dept. If a request is accepted, the charge for the buckle will be retail. There will be no award buckles made that are not listed in the PRCA/Montana Silversmiths contract. Then again, if an exception is to be made, it will have to be authorized by the Properties Dept.

The rodeo also will have a hospitality tent with food and drink for all contestants. MEDFORD, WIS.: JULY 13-14 The K BAR R PRCARodeo brings an all-new look to rodeo inMed- ford, Wis. The same, great facility has free camping and horse stalls for contestants. First come, first served. Electric hook-ups for camping are $20 per night. Live bands will play both nights. There is a horse auc- tion Saturday, July 14 at 12:30 p.m. in the sale barn. Consign early or day of sale. Food served all day, starting with homemade breakfast. SALINAS, CALIF.: JULY 19-22 California Rodeo Salinas will have its TETWP nightThursday, July 19, WNPP and Salute toMilitary Day on Saturday, July 21, andMan Up Crusade Day (wear purple!) on Sunday, July 22. The Special Buckaroos Rodeo is at noon on July 21 on the track. Please come help! Contestants gain free entry into the Bull Xing with back number July 18-19. Contestant Parking will be more controlled by the Barn&Parking Committees. Traffic onMaryal Drive will be one way, so look for signs as you approach the arena. The on-site parking area will not open until Monday, July 18 at 8 a.m. Off-site camper parking is available at Monterey County Sheriff ’s Posse Grounds. No stall reservations will be taken. Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No portable pens and no tie-ups. A new, clear-bag policy is in effect this year. No hand-held video cameras (including go- pros) and no still cameras with detachable lenses allowed in the gates.
