A girl, born Feb. 21 to PRCA steer wrestler and team roper Clayton Hass and his wife, Alex, of Weatherford, Texas. Izzy weighed 8 pounds and was 20 inches long. Izzy was welcomed home by sister, Addy, 7 and brother, Mac, 1. Hass

Finals Steer Roping, and four- time NFR-qualifying barrel racer Kelly Yates, and grandmother to 2018Wrangler NFR team roping heeler and average winner Trey Yates, passed away March 4. She was 79. “Momma Jan” was a caretaker of the family. If it wasn’t going to ball games or cheerleading, she was traveling and taking horses to the rodeo. The family was her life and she was theirs. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Celebration of life, 5-10:30 p.m., April 6, at the Pueblo Convention Center, 320 Central Main.
