Primary slack parking for Thurs., April 25 will be the Rodeo Grounds main parking lot at 12584 Mapleview Street. There will be no trailer clean outs in this area. One trailer and vehicle per contestant only. All contestants must vacate this parking area no later than Fri., April 26 at 3:30 PM and move to the primary contestant parking at El Capitan High school. Overflow parking for slack to be at the Bobby Sox Ball field parking lot 10610 Ashwood Street adjacent to the High School until 3:00 PM on Fri., April 26. If two go-rounds, number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one-half the original limit. IN ORDER OF SELECTION : - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2018 rodeo year. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2018 money won as of 7 days prior to entry closing. (Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X- Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate.
