If the contestant that notified the turn-out or V.I.R is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count.
