PRCA MEMBER BULLETIN BOARD

ALL CONTRACT PERSONNEL The new online application program for 2018 PRCA Special Events is now available for members to submit applications. This system will handle all applications for contract personnel for Special Events in 2018 and is available 24 hours a day. This program includes the process for applications/ specialty act submissions for Year End Awards as well. No other forms of application will be considered. No paper applications will be sent to members. Applications will be accepted until 5:00PM (Mountain time) on May 1st, 2018. Please see your email and/ or prorodeo.org for further information

ATTENTION MEMBERS No duplicate award buckles (i.e. NFR go-round) will be made by Montana Silversmiths except under extenuating circumstances, and then a letter will have to be submitted to the Properties Dept. If a request is accepted, the charge for the buckle will be retail. There will be no award buckles made that are not listed in the PRCA/Montana Silversmiths contract. Then again, if an exception is to be made, it will have to be authorized by the Properties Dept.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL BALLOTS Executive council final election ballots will be sent by email to all applicable members on February 23, 2018. The ballot must be completed online by 5:00 pm MT March 26, 2018. The categories up for vote and nominees are: •.Rodeo committee representative $50,000.01 or greater • Rodeo committee representative at large • Contestant event representative, steer wrestling • Contract personnel, announcer/music director If you have not received an email for casting a vote and believe you should have, please contact Brandy Sorenson at the PRCA Headquarters.
