GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Tues., May 28 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT: 30 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. One go-round with a Top 8 finals. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA: 70% top money, 20% top circuit, 10% top first year. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the X- Broncs Event. ALL CONTESTANTS - The “30-hour replacement” rule and the “walk-up replacement” policy will be in effect. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 60% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places, 40% of the total purse will be allocated to the final

QUALIFICATIONS: 24 entries. 9 from 2018 CPRA standings. 9 from 2018 PRCA standings. 3 from 2019 CPRA standings. 3 from 2019 PRCA standings. One go-round plus a progressive go-round (10) and a finals (6). If there is a tie in the average to advance to the top 6 finals, the contestants with highest score on one head will advance. PAY-OFF: 25% of the total purse will go to each of the first two go-rounds and 50% will go to the finals. Finals will pay 4 places (40/30/20/10). TURN-OUT/ ALTERNATE PROCEDURE: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn-outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to the 3 hours prior to rodeo turn-out deadline. If stock has already been drawn in the rough stock, they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned-out stock for that performance and all re-ride stock for that performance. WALK-UP REPLACEMENT: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out may, in person, check with the rodeo secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, by random draw of all walk-ups available, an alternate from a pool of animals consisting of all turned-out stock
