notifies a turn-out or V.I.R and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out or V.I.R is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non- notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the even be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Selection of bulls for the finals will be accomplished by mutual agreement among the event representative or his duly designated appointee, the primary stock contractor, and a judge designated by the Supervisor of Pro Officials. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). FINALS STOCK: The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an XBulls Event will be designated by the event representative and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go-round of competition. the contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designate to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. PAYOFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-round, pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. (If two go-rounds, payoff will be per rulebook). ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward PRCA World standings, Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings. (provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos) Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings, or toward a circuit rodeo count. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2018 National Finals Rodeo or the 2018 Rookie of the year Standings, during the 2018 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count.
