Dave Jennings photo Tie-down roper Tom Crouse clinched the win at the Cinch Roping Fiesta after clocking a 10.1-second run in the finals. Roping for Royalty Contestants traveled to San Angelo, Texas, the final weekend of October for the Cinch Roping Fiesta. The event is known as one of the premiere stand alone ropings in the country with $92,590 up for grabs. 44
