Weishoff named 2024 Committeeman of Year

The contract personnel for the NFR “I’m very humbled to receive this award,” Weishoff said. “I rodeoed for over 20 years and never really imagined that I would be honored as Committeeman of the Year. “I am blessed with a great committee and board of directors as well as a fantastic general manager. They put a lot of time and effort in our rodeo. So, I’m having a hard time accepting this on my own. It feels like it’s a group effort for sure.” Weishoff’s rodeo career has spanned nearly four decades. He started as a contest- ant, riding bareback horses in the PRCA for almost 20 years. Since then, he has spent time working as a judge and still does to this day. He’s been the Director of Livestock in St. Paul for the last seven years.
