The following have been approved for the 2019 rodeo season: ADD B13.5.1.2 Eight PRCAApproved Rodeos and Twenty Performances. Any PRCA sanctioned special event or PRCA Extreme Bull Riding that has an independent approval from a PRCA sanctioned rodeo will qualify to count for all contract personnel categories for purposes of the eight rodeo and twenty performance requirement.  Change R1.6.2 Maximum Number of Official Entries. A contestant may enter as many PRCA-approved rodeos as desired. However, no more than the following number of rodeos will be accepted as official entries: Bareback Riding 100 Official Rodeos Saddle Bronc Riding 100 Official Rodeos Bull Riding No limit Tie-Down Roping 100 85 Official Rodeos Steer Wrestling 100 85 Official Rodeos Team Roping 75 65 Official Rodeos Change B15.2.9 Co-approval For Two or More Circuits. Rodeos that add $6,000 on or after Jan. 1, 2017 and increased by 1 percent each Jan. 1 thereafter, or less per event may request co-approval for one or more additional circuits. Criteria is as follows: a) Must be a bordering circuit b) rodeo must be within 100 miles of contestants home circuit. Money won will be counted as official earning for his circuit standings/points as well as a circuit count. B15.2.9.1 Circuit Co-Approval Count. When a contestant wins money at a rodeo that is co-approved with his home circuit and the rodeo is within 100 miles, the money he wins will be counted as official earnings for his circuit standings/points as well as circuit count. If the rodeo is outside of 100 miles, it will still count as official earnings for his circuit standings/points but not as a circuit count. ADD B13.3.2.1.1 Primary Stock Contractor for Stand Alone Events. A PRCA sanctioned stand-alone event which has two or more events will qualify to count for the accumulated added prize money to provide livestock to the NFR. The contractor of record must own at least 40% of the total riding event stock (based on the number of competitions and re-rides) in each riding event at that rodeo. ADD B1.5.7 Pickup Men Any pickup man who has worked a circuit finals, NCFR, NFR or is circuit finals eligible (according to B14.4.4) for the 2018 season will be granted a PRCA Noncontestant Card Member-pickup man status. ADD B1.5.7.1 Dues and Fees. Annual dues, fees and insurance premiums for a permit will be $250. ADD B1.5.7.2 Application. Applicants for Noncontestant Permit Member-pickup man status must submit a completed application to the PRCA. Two signatures must accompany the application; one from a current PRCA Stock Contractor and one from a pickup man who has worked NFR, NFSR, NCFR or a circuit finals. ADD B1.5.7.3 Minimum Contracts. Permit applicant must provide a list of 5 PRCA rodeos for evaluation. The applicant will work on that permit, for up to 5 PRCA events. The evaluation will be completed by a saddle bronc or bareback contestant event representative (or someone of their designation). However, the contestant event representative will physically sign off on the evaluation. If for any reason the contestant event representative (or his designee) does not evaluate the permit pickup man within the 5 given rodeos, they may reapply for another permit which gives them an additional 5 rodeos (at no additional cost). ADD B1.5.7.4 Requirements to Become a Pickup Man. Upon evaluation and approval by the contestant event representative, applicant may submit for a non-contestant pickup man card at the cost of $500. If the permit was purchased within the same rodeo season, they will pay the difference for the card. If they do not have a successful evaluation, the permit will be immediately revoked and that person cannot pickup at any other PRCA event following the rodeo in which they are evaluated. They may re-apply in one calendar year and pay all applicable fees to begin the process again. ADD B1.5.7.5 Insurance Fee. Pick-up men shall be subject to the insurance fee as set forth in Section B1.5.1.3. ADD B1.5.7.6 Special Event Eligibility. A permit member may not apply or work any type of finals rodeo until evaluated, approved and purchased a card. ADD B1.5.7.7 Emergency Procedures. In the event that a pick up man gets injured at a rodeo, the stock contractor has one performance which can be deemed an emergency. By the second performance held during that rodeo, they must hire a replacement pickup man with a PRCA card. Failure to do so will be $250 fine per performance, doubling with each occurrence. The following were approved, effective 4/2018: Change B1.5.12.3.2 Other Requirements. A) Minimum Livestock. All Stock Contractors and Probationary Stock Contractors must own a minimum of 25 bareback horses, 25 saddle bronc horses and 25 bulls, a record of which must be submitted annually to the Director of Rodeo Administration two weeks prior to their first PRCA rodeo or PRCA sanctioned event or February 1, whichever is earlier. The Director of Rodeo Administration may require a Full Stock Contractor Member or Probationary Stock Contractor to submit proof of 100% ownership of any or all bucking stock. Failure to provide proof of ownership when requested will result in a $250 fine and any animal in question will not be eligible to be placed in the draw at a PRCA sanctioned rodeo until proof of ownership is established. During the rodeo year, Stock Contractors will notify the Director of Rodeo Administration of any additions and/or deletions to the Stock Contractor livestock list a minimum of ten
