Owner: Jordon and Justin Briggs Why Horse is special: Rollo’s talent was on full display in 2021 as she guided Briggs to the gold buckle at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo presented by Teton Ridge. Briggs won the average and earned NFR-best $194,842, highlighted by her winning Round 8 outright and splitting the win in Round 9. Briggs success continued in 2022 aboard Rollo as she enters the Wrangler NFR as the season leader in the world standings with $177,779. Hear it from Jordon: “That is so amazing! Last year winning this was my favorite title and to win it again is amazing. It’s such a compliment that my fellow competitors think Rollo is as great as I do.”

BREAKAWAY ROPING BAYBE BULLET “Baybe”

Why the horse is special: Nobody puts Baybe in the corner. Or keeps her out of the winner’s circle. The 11-year-old mare brings quickness to corners, so important in breakaway roping. She is a quick learner, even when switching disciplines, and a terrific listener. Clap the hands, and she’s full throttle. Then she shuts it down like the saddle is equipped with an emergency brake. Bayble was raised by Tanner Williams on the couple’s ranch in Montana. The couple has three children and Joey has her master’s degree, leaving her life busy. But she loves competing – she’s delivered on the pro circuit as well as dominating performances in the Montana Circuit -- because Baybe makes it so fun and successful. Baybe is 15 hands. Hear it from Joey: “To be honest with you, she has had everything to do with my career. I honestly probably wouldn’t be rodeoing as hard as I am if I didn’t have her. She is really incredible. She just gives 100 percent every single time she goes into the arena for me. I couldn’t ask for a nicer horse to get to go down the road with. She has a really quick speed from the corners. She just has all the good qualities of a good horse.”
