PRCA CEO George Taylor presented Resistol cowboy hats as a goodwill gesture to baseball dignitaries, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams. The 2020 Wrangler NFR will take place at Globe Life Field, Dec. 3-12. Taylor gave cowboy hats to Neil Leibman, Texas Rangers owner and COO, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred and Texas Rangers owner and managing partner Ray Davis. Also at the event was Jacobs Crawley, the PRCA contestant director chairman and 2015 Saddle Bronc Riding World Champion.
