Minor Bros. MajorWin BY MATT NABER T here isn’t much the Minor brothers haven’t accomplished in professional rodeo. Combined, they’ve made 17 qualifications to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo and won numerous major competitions. But a victory at their hometown rodeo – the Ellensburg (Wash.) Riley and Brady Minor won their hometown rodeo, the Ellensburg (Wash.) Rodeo, for the first time on Sept. 3 by going for 15.9 seconds on three head. The Ellensburg Rodeo is a big deal for the entire Minor family, who were inducted into the Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2007 for their contributions to the sport through seven decades and four generations. “They were all there,” Brady Minor said the day after winning Ellensburg. “We had cousins there and all kinds of family.
