TE - If a timed event animal escapes during a performance (or a re-run is given for any other reason), the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 72 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack.

Any non-notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. STOCK DRAW: Selection of bulls for the finals will be accomplished by mutual agreement among the event representative, the primary stock contractor, and a judge designated by the Supervisor of Pro Officials. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an Xbulls Event will be designated by the event representative and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go- round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (including DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores - 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round (which includes both performances), pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-round, (which includes the finals from both performances), pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. If two go-rounds the payoff will be per Rulebook. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward 2018 PRCA World standings, 2019 Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and 2018 Rookie of the Year standings. (Provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos) Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2018 National Finals Rodeo or the 2018 Rookie of The Year Standings, during the 2018 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for 2018 PRCA World Standings and 2019 Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings or as a circuit rodeo count. Center ADDRESS: 11th St West PERFS: 2 Perfs: September 21- 7:00 PM; September 22- 7:00 PM EVENTS: BR @ $15000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BR-$100 IF 1/$150 IF 2 PERMITS: BR GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., Sept. 14 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Thurs., Sept. 13 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both parties have confirmed through PROCOM. COMPETITION FORMAT - 70 minimum entries. One go-round with finals (top 10 each performance). Depending on the number of entries, there may be two go-rounds, back to back, same performance, with no finals. If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. Approximately 35 contestants will compete during each performance with the top 10 (will not exceed 10) advancing to a finals during each performance. (The payoff for the long go-round, the finals and the average will be determined by the highest scores from both combined performances). If there are not 10 qualified rides during a performance, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 10th contestant is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judge. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to the finals. ORDER OF SELECTION: 70% top money, 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2017 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for events whose entries close on or after July 15. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2018 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X- Bulls event will not be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used). $45 stock charge per go-round. ALL CONTESTANTS - Depending on the weather conditions, may be moved to the indoor arena before the beginning of a go-round or after completion of respective go-round.
