Contestants are not required to purchase a PRCA membership to qualify for the MLCF, but will be required to purchase a PRCA membership to qualify for the RAM National Circuit Finals. FORMAT: 4 go-rounds. Go-rounds and average will pay 4 places. All rodeos with $7,999 or less will be included in the MLC. The required participation count to qualify for the MLC will be 12 rodeos. Canadian residents only for the 2019 MLCF. STK. CONT.: C5 RODEO

Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the

2020 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World standings and Xtreme Bulls standings.
