Entry Permitted Permit holder Maverick Potter won the bull riding in Lewiston with an 86-point ride on Brookman Rodeo’s Payment. As one of only four bull riders to make a qualified ride, Potter earned $4,412. As of Sept. 16, Potter was in second place in the permit standings for bull riding with $52,654.
