See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Mon., Oct. 7 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. COMPETITION FORMAT: SB, BR - 12 minimum entries. No compensation. One go-round with a top 3 Finals. $2,000 will be held out for the Finals (pays two places). First place in the Finals will pay $1,500. Second place will pay $500. If there are not two qualified rides in the Finals, the remaining placing(s) will be paid out based on the highest score(s) in the long go-round. All money paid out in the Finals will count for championship points. The long go-round pay-off will be in accordance with the PRCA Rulebook. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA: SB - 70% from top money, 20% from top circuit, 10% top first year. No compensation. No slack. No exemptions. BR - 80% top money, 10% top circuit, 10% top first year. No compensation. No slack. No exemptions. NOTIFY PROCOM - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry or as an alternate at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day in the BR or same performance in the SB as this event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. HONEST EFFORT - At any event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant.

LIABILITY RELEASE - All contestants are required to sign a release of waiver of liability agreement. PARKING - Each vehicle will be charged a $15 fee. A free parking permit will be given at the Rodeo Office. The $15 parking fee will be reimbursed at the Exhibitor Window of the Cow Palace Ticket office for entered contestant with a parking receipt. HORSE STALLS - The Cow Palace will have stalls available for $65 per stall. RE - Back to back, perf to perf, if two go-rounds B15.2.5. SW - If two go-rounds, back to back, perf. to perf. (1st to 2nd perfs., or 3rd to 4th perfs.) or slack to slack, (both go-rounds run during slack on Thursday night). TD, TR - One go-round regardless of the number of entries. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB - 48 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack.
If in the opinion of the judge, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bronc or bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified. The determination of the judge will be final. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: SB, BR: 6% of the total purse will be deducted prior to the pay-off. NOTE - In order for money won in this competition to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2020 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for the PRCA World standings. Money won at this event will count towards 2020 Xbulls standings and 2020 Xbroncs standings. In all events money won will not count for All Around standings. Money won at this event will not count for circuit standings nor will the event be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hours after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 30 minimum entries. One go-round with top 10 finals (will not exceed 10). (There may be two go-rounds, back to back, same performance with no finals, depending on the number of entries). If two go- rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. If there are not 10 qualified rides, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 10th contestant is tied going into the final round, the tie will be broken by the back judge. If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to the finals. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULAS DIV. 2 - 70% top money, 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notifications must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year, unless contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least 6 months during the 2019 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than 20 PRCA sanctioned rodeos during the 2019 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician must be received by PRCA National Office prior to entry closing. A contestant will not be accepted as an
