ProRodeo Hall of Famer Will Plaugher passes away at 95. Plaugher was both a cowboy and a clown. He was the all-around champion in 1946. That same year he filled in as a bullfighter at a rodeo 5

and went on to become a rodeo clown. He was PRCA Clown of the Year in 1982, at age 60.

The PRCA tabs George Taylor to be the new chief executive officer to helm the direction of

the organization. Taylor was formerly an executive with Caterpillar in the Marketing & Digital Division. Steer wrestler Colin Wolfe , of Wenatchee, Wash., shows off his versatility by winning the Cowboy Downhill skiing competition in Steamboat Springs, Colo.
