If more contestants enter during the “re- entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re- entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Mandatory General membership meeting on Fri., Jan. 11, 2019 at 3 PM at the Sundome followed by contestant check-in. Failure to attend will result in a $100 fine. If the 10th place is tied going into the finals, the tie will be broken by random draw. QUALIFICATIONS: Based on 2018 blended CPRA and PRCA standings as of October 1, 2018. ALTERNATE LIST - Only contestants that entered the event but were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected from a list established by CRES based on 2018 money won. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turn- out or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fee. NOTE: In order for money won at an Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2019 season a contestant must have competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must check-in at the trailer located in the contestant parking area and sign a release of liability and pick up back number before competing. All companion tickets will be located in this area. ALL CONTESTANTS - Each contestant will be given a back number which must be worn and displayed at all times, while in competition arena. BB, SB, BR - Stock will be drawn at two separate times. The first draw (for the first 8 perfs.) will be no later than 72 hours prior to the first performance.
