ATTENTION CONTESTANTS

ALL PRCA CONTRACT PERSONNEL The 2019 PRCA Contract Personnel Special Events application program is now available and accessible 24 hours a day. No other forms of application will be considered for any special events or year-end award nominations. No paper applications will be sent to members. To access the program please log on to your account on prorodeo.org to find the process under the Contract Personnel Special Event Application. It must be received no later than 5:00PM MT May 1st 2019.

ALL PRCA MEMBERS REVISION TO PRCA PATCH PROGRAM

Effective Immediately, PRCA members that have been registered by CINCH with PRCA Prop- erties for participation in the PRCA Patch Program as of August 17, 2018 are now allowed to wear CINCH branded apparel in a PRCA Competition Arena or at a PRCA Special Event, provided that such branding conforms to the size and locations specified in the PRCA Patch Program Rules. This modification is being made in accordance with PRCA Bylaw B1.2.6 and specifically modifies Part 1 Section II.F. and Part 2 Section I.F. of the “Rules and Regulations Governing Advertising in an Arena or Competition Area” (PRCA Patch Rules). Note that PRCA Contract Personnel Member Participants must still comply with Part 2 Section V.B. regarding conflicts with the rodeo committee’s own sponsorships. These revisions shall be a part of the revised PRCA Patch Rules which shall be published on or before September 30, 2018.

ATTENTION MEMBERS No duplicate award buckles (i.e. NFR go-round) will be made by Montana Silversmiths except under extenuating circumstances, and then a letter will have to be submitted to the Properties Dept. If a request is accepted, the charge for the buckle will be retail. There will be no award buckles made that are not listed in the PRCA/Montana Silversmiths contract. Then again, if an exception is to be made, it will have to be authorized by the Properties Dept.

AirPower Foundation will be giving an all-terrain power wheel chair to a disabled vet on Saturday night. Two Medal of Honor recipients and 10 Purple Heart servicemen will be our guests to make a military salute spectacular. Come for the rodeo, stay for the party. ing rodeos inMerrill, Wisc.; Stanley, Wisc.; Medford and Ladysmith, Wisc. Most cumulative money won from those four rodeos wins the Wisconsin Rough Stock Series jackpot in each event. There is a tack and horse auction on Saturday, July 20 in the sale barn. Tack at 11:30 a.m., horses sell at 1 p.m. Consign early or day of sale. Also selling a group of 2-year-old ranch horses to be eligible for jackpot horse show in 2019 during sale. Food served all day until 11 p.m. Please use north driveway off State Hwy. 64. LADYSMITH, WIS.: AUG. 9-10 The Rusk County Rodeo will welcome riders at the hospitality tent with free food and one free drink both nights from 6-10 p.m. All contestants who enter and compete at the Rodeo automatically will be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to one performance at the 2019 Wrangler NFR. There will be double money in team roping for a total of $10,000 added.
