CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA: 70% top money, 20% top circuit, 10% top first year. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bares and X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: Money won at this event will count towards qualifications for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo and the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2019 rodeo year. Money won will also count for circuit standings as long as the contestant has satisfied his required circuit participation count, this event will not be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count.
