GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - One go-round. 40 minimum entries. May be two go-rounds, back to back same performance depending on number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULAS DIV. 2 - 70% top money, 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X- Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN- Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2020 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes TO’s, DR’s, & VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE - In order for money won in the Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2021 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World standings and Xtreme Bulls standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count.

CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. The shoot-out round will pay two places, $4,000 for first place, and $2,000 for second place, based on highest scores in the shoot-out round. If there are not 2 qualified scores in the shoot-out round, the remaining place(s) will be paid based on the highest scores in the first go- round. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn on site at 9 AM on morning of the event. The event representatives for each event will be allowed to screen the stock included in the draw. PAY-OFF - Will pay 8 places. The 6% of the total purse for the PRCA will not be deducted from the purse. The committee will be billed separately for that amount.
