The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as walk- u replacements will be one hour prior to the start of the event. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must check-in or notify the arena secretary one hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to check-in may result in an alternate being selected and allowed to compete. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that has a same performance conflict as the X-Broncs Event. FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. There will be 4 brackets with approximately 10 contestants in each bracket. Two brackets (20 contestants) will include contestants who qualified through “money won” qualifications (80% top money, 20% top circuit). The other two brackets will include all permit holders and first year card members who did not qualify in the other two brackets as “money won” qualifiers. Any remaining positions will be filled by a random draw of contestants who entered and were not accepted in the first two brackets as “money won” qualifiers. The top three contestants from each bracket will advance to the finals. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per rule book. The event will be applied towards the official rodeo count for any contestant who turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse ($10,000 added purse plus entry fees) will be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining amount, two thirds will be allocated to the pay-off for the 4 brackets, and one third will be allocated to the finals. Each brackets will pay three places (50%, 30%, 20%). The finals will pay four places (40%, 30%, 20%, 10%). There will be no average pay-off. NOTE: Money won at this event will count towards

GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Amarillo Tri-State Fair & Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) and contestants with no money won must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2018 rodeo year and the 2019 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Amarillo Tri-State Fair & Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the three go-rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay- off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no
