Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for events whose entries close on or after July 15. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as this event. Stalls available on a first-come, first-serve basis for contestants in the Kimble #1 Building. No horses in portable panels for any reason. No horses tied to trailers overnight. All contestants vehicles and trailers must be parked in specified rodeo parking area. All contestants should enter fairgrounds at gate #3 located on the north side of the fairgrounds.
