EVENTS: BB SB BR TD SW TR-HD TR-HL @ $90000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BB-$500; SB-$500; BR- $500; TD-$500; SW-$500; TR-$500 PERMITS: BB SB BR TD SW TR GROUND RULES: QUALIFICATIONS: ALL EVENTS - 16 entries (or teams). The top 10 form 2019 PRCA World Standings that enter will be accepted. In the TR, the top 10 headers must rope with the top 10 heelers. If a contestant’s partner is drawn out due to qualifications, he will not be allowed to draw out. A partner will be drawn for him form the other contestants whose partners were drawn out due to qualifications. The top 10 in each event must enter through PROCOM between 12:00 PM on December 26th and 12:00 PM on December 27, 2019. Six (6) in each event will advance from the Semi Finals held in Fort Worth. Permits will be accepted. Anyone advancing from the Semi Finals in Fort Worth must purchase a PRCA membership by the membership dues deadline with the exception of any qualifiers that may be less than 18 years of age. Failure to obtain a PRCA membership will result in the contestant being disqualified and any money or prizes that may have been won will be awarded to the next highest place contestant. The American reserves the right to nominate exemptions in addition to the qualified 16 contestants or teams subject to approval by the PRCA administration. Money won by these exemptions will not count towards PRCA World Standings. FORMAT: ALL EVENTS - All 16 entries in each event will compete during the first performance on Saturday, March 7. The top 8 (based on highest scores or fastest times) from the first performance will compete during the second performance on Sunday, March 8. If there are less than 8 qualified scores or times in an event, a random draw will determine which contestants with no score or no time will advance to the performance on Sunday (will not exceed 8). The top 4 in the average after the first and second go-rounds will advance to the Shoot Out Round also held during the second performance on Sunday, March 8. If there is a tie for the fourth contestant to advance to the Shoot Out Round, the tie will be broken by the single highest score or fastest time in either go-round. ENTRY FEES: ALL EVENTS - $500. The $100 designation fees that were paid by contestants at the qualifying rodeos (San Francisco, Billings, Denver, Rapid City, San Angelo, Jackson, and Tucson) will be credited to the $500 entry fee. PAY-OFF: The long go-round on Saturday, March 7 will pay three places: $3,000 for first place, $2,250 for second place, and $1,000 for third place. The Shoot Out Round will pay $100,000 for first place, $25,000 for second place, $10,000 for third place, and $5,000 for fourth place (theses amounts are paid per man in the Team Roping). Only 50% of the $100,000 allotted for first place will count towards PRCA World Standings. The amounts allotted for second, third, and fourth place will count in their entirety towards PRCA World Standings. If there are not four qualified rides or times in the Shoot Out Round, the remaining places will be paid out in order based on highest ranked contestant (or team) in the average after the first two go-rounds, and all money paid out will count towards PRCA World Standings (with the exception of 50% of the money allotted for first place in the Shoot Out Round). Money won at this event will not count towards Texas Circuit Standings, nor will the rodeo be applied to a contestant’s required circuit participation count. In order for money won at this event to count towards qualification for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must enter and compete in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2020 rodeo year.

MEMORIAL LEGACY STEER ROPING ARENA: Andrews County Expo ADDRESS: 1441 TX- 176 PERFS: 2 Perfs: March 7- 4:00 PM; March 8- 1:00 PM EVENTS: SR @ $1 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: SR-$400 PERMITS: SR GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the M.M Fisher Jr. Memorial Steer Roping. To be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) and contestants with no money won must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2019 rodeo year and the 2020 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the M.M Fisher Jr. Memorial Steer Roping will be used to determine the pay- off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the four go- rounds and the average after four go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. Contestants will be paid $100 per performance (in which they’ve competed only, and must be paid immediately following the autograph session). The second section will be the performance on Fri., March 6 at 7 PM. Contestants must give preference for the first performance by section. Day money will be paid by section for this performance.
