SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BR-$100 IF 1/$150 IF 2 PERMITS: BR GROUND RULES: Only actual contestants and one companion allowed gate access. ALL CONTESTANTS : Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Mon, Jan. 25 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One go-around. May be two go-rounds, back to back, same performance, depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. IN ORDER OF SELECTION - 70% top money - 30% top circuit. NoTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2020 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA Nation Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at the X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2020 money won. (Only contestants who were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is place in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or a VIR and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. The

pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Events to count for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2021 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings, nor will the event count towards a contestants required circuit participation count. Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count towards the 2020 rodeo season. Any rodeo ending after this will count towards the 2021 rodeo season. Only actual contestant allowed gate access. All CDC, Florida Department of Health, and Broward County Guidelines will be followed. All events plus year-end circuit dollars. Total money above includes committee purse of $5,360, estimated PRCA matching funds of $2,000, estimated sponsor money of $7,878, and estimated $3 is TBD. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Tues., Jan. 12 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must check-in with secretary by 4 PM on Jan. 22 to receive the packets and back numbers. Late check-in fine will be $100. MUG SHOTS - Contestants must have photo taken by Friday, Jan. 22 by 5 PM. After deadline $25 fine. Cowboy attire required. ALL CONTESTANTS - See parking attendant prior to parking trailers. MANDATORY - Friday, Jan. 22, meeting at 11:00 AM at arena. Must attend to receive jacket. All jackets will be given at meeting. ALL CONTESTANTS - Go-round buckles presented at Seminole Hardrock at 11:15 PM after each performance. ALL EVENTS - Will pay four places in all go rounds and average. QUALIFICATIONS: Top 12. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF - 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards qualifications for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo and the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos.
