RIDING EVENT TRADE DEADLINE - Mon., July 26 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. TIMED EVENT TRADE DEADLINE - Wed., July 28 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM . SR - Three go-rounds. All will be run during slack on Aug. 3 at 8 AM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used). $45 stock charge per go-round. ALL EVENTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies a turn-out, doctor’s release, or visible injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position. Non-notified turn-outs and visible injury releases after the turn-out deadline will not be replaced. If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. The replacement contestant’s competition order will be based on his ranking in the average (not on the ranking of the contestant that he is replacing). In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned-out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) and the first available designated re-ride. TR - Only two loops allowed. GB - Approved for first slack event in accordance with R4.9.4. QUALIFICATIONS: BB , SB - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. W/F’s (12). $5,000 held out for finals. No slack. BR - 80 minimum entries. No compensation. W/F’s (12). $5,000 held out for finals. No slack. TD, SW, TR - 110 minimum entries. Two go- rounds. W/F’s (12). Back to back, slack to slack, or slack to performance. Approximately 30 contestants (or teams) will run their first go-round during 8 AM (held each day, Wed. Aug. 4 - Sat. Aug. 7) immediately following the GBR. The ten contestants with fastest times from the first go- round will be placed in the performance that night (slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). If splits result in more than ten, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance (will not exceed ten) and which will compete in slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not ten qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions (Only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go-round in

NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2021 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count. The check-in deadline for this event will be one hour prior to the performance. Only actual contestant and one companion allowed gate access. CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., July 30 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One go-round. (May be two go- rounds, back to back, same performance depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period, will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULAS DIVISION 2 : - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemption must have been injured for at least 6 months during the 2020 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than 20 PRCA rodeos or events during the 2020 rodeo year. A letterhead from a licensed physician or doctors letterhead must be received in the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2021 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as with the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and is stock has been drawn, he will
