GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing or a permit member. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Yuma County Fair & Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past 5 years. Permit members of all ages are eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fee of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Yuma County Fair & Rodeo will be used to determine the payoff. Payoff will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the payoff. Only
