Executive Council Nominations and Elections Nomination ballots for the Executive Council positions will be emailed November 15, 2022, and will be due Sunday, January 1, 2023 by 5pm MST. Incumbents have the opportunity to remain on the ballot, provided all applicable qualifications are met. Nominees must receive a minimum of five nominations to be considered for the final election ballot. Final election ballots will be mailed by February 25, 2023 and are due by March 25, 2023 .
