If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must wear back numbers while competing. ALL EVENTS - Will pay four places in go-rounds and average. STALLS - There will be one stall provided for each timed event contestant. Stalls will also be provided for hazers. TE - If a timed event animal escapes, the extra will be used . SR - Three go-rounds all run during slack on Nov. 2 at 1 PM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used). $60 stock charge per go-round. QUALIFICATIONS: Top 12 qualifiers from each event that enter will be accepted. RE - Back-to-back, same performance, if two go rounds. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a rerun is awarded for any other reason during a performance, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. TD, SW, TR - Two go-rounds plus a top 24 progressive go-round. The first two go-rounds will be run during slack on Wed., Nov. 1 and Thur., Nov. 2. Contestants who are advancing to the top 24 progressive go-round and are also qualified and entered at the Turquoise Circuit Finals in Camp Verde, AZ on Nov.3 and 4, will be allowed to run their progressive go-round animal immediately following the completion of the second go-round of that event on Thurs., November 2. The remaining contestants who advance to the progressive go round will be run during the performances . SR - Three go-rounds plus a top 24 progressive go-round. The first three go-rounds will be run on Fri., November 3 at 10 AM. Entry fees - $400. $60 stock charge per go-round. Contestants who advance to the progressive round will be charged an additional $60 stock charge. Extras will be used to replace sick and injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB - 36 minimum entries No compensation. No slack. BR - 86 minimum entries. There will be a special section on Sun., Nov. 5 at 1 PM. Day money will be paid for the special section. All entries will be official unless otherwise specified at the time of entry. BB, SB, BR - Contestants who are accepted as entries at the Turquoise Circuit Finals in Camp Verde, AZ will be placed in the Bull Riding Special Section on Sun., Nov. 5 at 1 PM, as long as the contestant does NOT give a preference and requests “No Conflict with the Circuit Finals” at the time of entry in accordance with B9.5. Even though there are no BB and SB contestants placed in the Special Section on Sun., Nov. 5, BB and SB contestants who are entered and competing in the Turquoise Circuit Finals will automatically be placed in the Special Section as long as they do NOT give a preference and request the “No Conflict with the
