THE FOLLOWING WILL BE EFFECTIVE FOR THE 2023/2024 SEASON The 2023 individual Circuit Finals Steer Roping events (Badlands, Columbia River, Montana, Mountain States, Prairie, Texas, Turquoise) and the 2023 National Circuit Finals Steer Roping will count toward the 2024 World Standings and qualifications. These events will be Official Entry Rodeos (contestant must designate unofficial). If a contestant has not met the required participation count it will be an automatic unofficial entry rodeo for that contestant and will not count toward 2024 World Standings or qualification rodeos. For any Steer Roping Circuit Finals Rodeo that occurs prior to the 2023 regular season cutoff date, money won at those circuit finals rodeos will count toward the 2023 World Standings and qualifica tions. In 2024, it will count toward the All-Around.

ATTENTION X-Bulls events with $30,000 or more added will be Division I events. X-Bulls

events with less than $30,000 added will be Division 2 events.

TD PAYOFF: The following amounts could decrease due to doctors released contestants who are not replaced (which would result in less entry fee money in the total payoff) or the amount could increase due to turned out contestants who are replaced (which would result in more entry fee money in the total payoff). TD FORMAT AND PAYOFF: Two go-rounds plus a top 12 finals. $20,000 (added purse) plus $43,000 (entry fees: 40 contestants x $1,075) equals $63,000. $63,000 minus 6% ($3,780) equals $59,220 to be included in the payoff. Each of the first two go-rounds will pay 5 places: $4,218 for 1st, $3,516 for 2nd, $2,813 for 3rd, $2,109 for 4th, and $1,406 for 5th for a total of $14,062 paid out for each go-round. The finals will pay 4 places: $4,000 for 1st, $3,000 for 2nd, $2,000 for 3rd, and $1,000 for 4th for a total of $10,000 paid out for the finals. The average will pay 5 places: $6,330 for 1st, $5,275 for 2nd, $4,218 for 3rd, $3,164 for 4th and $2,109 for 5th for a total of $21,096 paid out for the average. SR QUALIFICATIONS - 30 minimum entries. The top 24 from 2023 PRCA World Standings (as of 7 days prior to entry closing) that enter will be accepted. 6 will advance from the qualifying events. Two go-rounds plus a top 18 progressive round. Entry fees will be $1,075, $60 stock charge per go-round .

SR - Electric eye barrier may be used. The length of the score will be approved by the event representative. All rounds will be drawn prior to the first go-round. SR PAY-OFF: The following amounts could decrease due to doctors released contestants who are not replaced (which would result in less entry fee money in the total pay-off) or the amounts could increase due to turned out contestants who are replaced (which would result in more entry fee money in the total pay-off). SR PAYOFF: Two go-rounds with a top 12 finals. $12,500 (added purse) equals $32,250 (entry fees: 30 contestants x $1,075) equals $44,750. $44,750 minus 6 % ($2,685) equals $42,065 to be included in the payoff. Pay-off will be in accordance with the rulebook for two go- rounds with a progressive and an average. ATTENTION: The top six money winners in the steer roping event from the Bellville, TX; Edna, TX; Rapid City, SD (combined total money) who enter and who have not already been accepted as entries among the top 24 who entered the San Angelo Roping Fiesta, based on 2023 PRCA World Steer Roping Standings, will be accepted as entries at the San Angelo Roping Fiesta. If ties result in more than six to advance, the tied contestant with the highest ranking in the 2023 World Standings will advance. There will be one animal for every entry plus adequate extras. The extras will be designated by the event representative or his designee. After the completion of each go-round, all extras will be run and will be used to replace any sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. Fresh animals will be used in the finals.

STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re-ride prior to using the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. NOTE: In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2024 National Finals Rodeo or the 2024 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2024 rodeo year. All CDC, Florida Department of Health, and Broward County Guidelines will be followed. The cutoff date for the 2023 Southeastern Circuit Finals will be Sept. 30, 2023. Total money above includes estimated committee purse of $10,000, estimated PRCA matching funds of $4,000, estimated sponsor money of $11,963 and estimated $3 is $2,495.70. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., Oct. 20 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must check-in with secretary by 2 PM on Nov. 10 to receive the packets and back numbers. Late check-in fine will be $100. MUG SHOTS - Contestants must have photo taken by Fri., Nov. 10 by 2 PM. After deadline $25 fine. Cowboy attire required. ALL CONTESTANTS - PARKING: There will be a separate parking area for Southeastern Circuit Contestants, Stock Contractors, and Personnel. Each Contestant, Stock Contractor, and Contract Personnel will receive one parking pass. Additional Parking Passes will not be available. Trailer Parking is limited. You will be provided a 24’x50’ parking space. Contestants must check in with Parking Attendant prior to parking and setting your trailer. If you come in after hours, you must check with
