Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count towards the 2020 rodeo season. Any rodeo ending after this will count towards the 2021 rodeo season. Each event plus estimated year-end circuit dollars. Total money above includes estimated committee purse $1,000, estimated PRCA matching funds of $1,000, estimated sponsor dollars of $7,669, estimated $3 funds of $TBD. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., Oct. 23 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re- entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must wear back numbers while competing. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Thurs., Nov. 5 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COVID POLICIES - This event will be conducted in compliance with all state, county, city, facility, and Rodeo Austin’s current mandates. Rodeo Austin will update requirements closer to the event. Only essential personnel will be allowed at the facility, in the back pens, and around the chutes. COMPETITION FORMAT - One go-round. 70 minimum entries. May be two go-rounds, back to back same performance depending on number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA - 90% top money, 10% random draw of exemptions. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK- IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2020 money won. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and

GROUND RULES: QUALIFICATIONS: The top 24 (plus ties) in the Legacy Steer Roping Standings will be accepted as entries. Contestants must have entered and competed in a minimum of 4 PRCA Legacy Steer roping events and/or must have at least $1 applied to his PRCA Legacy standings as of September 30, 2020 to qualify for the 2020 Legacy Steer Roping finals. 2020 NSFR contestants will not be accepted to participate in the 2020 Legacy Steer Roping finals. FORMAT : Three go-rounds all run at 9 AM on Saturday morning, November 7, with a top 8 finals that will be run during the NFSR performance that night. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. $45 stock charge per go-round. Contestant who qualify for the finals will be responsible to pay an additional $45 stock charge for the finals round.
