PRCA ProRodeo file photo Bareback rider Todd Hemmingson had a 77-point ride on Powder River Rodeo’s Khadafy Skoal on July 4, 1989, in Belle Fourche, S.D. The horse was a three-time PRCA Bareback Horse of the Year in 1990, 1995 and 1996. Khadafy Skoal, who was also the Bareback Horse of the NFR in 1994, 1996 and 1999, was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 2012.
