PRCA ProRodeo file photo Bareback rider Marvin Garrett had a 70-point ride on Bar T Rodeo’s High Chaparral in Round 8 of the 1990 National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. High Chapparal was the Bareback Horse of the NFR in 1991 and 1992.
