BY TRACY RENCK T here was no time for hesitation for bareback rider Seth Hardwick. When he climbed aboard Frontier Rodeo’s Gunfire in the final round of the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour’s Dodge City (Kan.) Roundup Rodeo, Aug. 5, he knew he had to seize the moment. He did. The Ranchester, Wyo., cowboy had a 90-point ride on Gunfire to win the final round and the two-head average. “I had never been on that horse before, but I knew they had won on him
