ATTENTION QUALIFIERS FOR ELLENSBURG X-BULLS FINALE If a contestant enters and qualifies (or is called as a replacement) for the X-Bulls Fi- nale in Ellensburg on Sept. 1 and is already placed in a conflicting position at another rodeo, he can be drawn out of the conflict- ing rodeo as long as he notifies PROCOM by 5 PM on Wed., Aug. 29. PROCOM will make every effort to replace the drawn out contestant at the conflicting rodeos. If stock has been drawn for the conflicting rodeo, the judges will draw an animal for the replacement, after the TO deadline for that performance using the 30-hour replace- ment rule.
