Neely competes on Ellen’s Game of Games

Saddle bronc rider Reed Neely stepped out of the rodeo arena recently and competed as a contestant on Ellen’s Game of Games on NBC. “They stick you through a wall if you don’t memorize this cartoon,” Neely said. “I was really good at that game. Then, Know or Go was the next one, and if I would have won that I would have gone on to Hot Hands with a chance to win $100,000.” Neely is on his PRCA permit. He is scheduled to graduate from Fresno State University in the fall with a degree in agricultural communications. He competes on the Bulldogs rodeo team.

Silent auction held for Tyler Bingham A silent auction was held for bull rider Tyler Bingham, Jan. 23. The Utah cowboy was seriously injured during Round 7 of the 2020 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Arlington, Texas, Dec. 9. Bingham suffered a concussion, fractured sternum and multiple rib fractures while riding Big Stone Rodeo Inc.’s Spotted Demon. The fundraiser was held at the Box Elder County Fairgrounds in Tremonton, Utah. There were 141 items auctioned, and it brought in $13,173. The total also includes direct donations to the Bingham family. The items that brought in the most money were the shadow boxes of rodeo gear from Stetson Wright and Sage Kimzey.
