PRCA MEMBER BULLETIN BOARD

ATTENTION MEMBERS No duplicate award buckles (i.e. NFR go-round) will be made by Montana Silversmiths except under extenuating circumstances, and then a letter will have to be submitted to the Properties Dept. If a request is accepted, the charge for the buckle will be retail. There will be no award buckles made that are not listed in the PRCA/Montana Silversmiths contract. Then again, if an exception is to be made, it will have to be authorized by the Properties Dept.

ALL CONTRACT PERSONNEL The new online application program for 2018 PRCA Special Events is now available for members to submit applications. This system will handle all applications for contract personnel for Special Events in 2018 and is available 24 hours a day. This program includes the process for applications/ specialty act submissions for Year End Awards as well. No other forms of application will be considered. No paper applications will be sent to members. Applications will be accepted until 5:00PM (Mountain time) on May 1st, 2018. Please see your email and/ or prorodeo.org for further information

QUEEN CREEK, ARIZ.; MARCH 15-18 The Eighth Annual Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek will be March 15- 18 at Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre. ProRodeo contestants and their families can participate in multiple activities throughout the weekend. On Saturday, free events for the family include Kids n’ Krit- ters, Mutton Bustin’, Xtreme Teen and Ranch Dressing. Friday and Saturday nights until midnight, dance to the music of two of Arizona’s top bands – CrossRoad andThe Harry Luge Band. Contestants

receive free dance entry with back numbers. Other events include community barrel, roping and sorting competitions, a carnival, live entertainment, a horsemanship clinic, draft horse expo, mounted shooting, a cornhole tournament, and food and merchandise vendors.
