Since moving to Las Vegas in 1985, the Wrangler NFR has always been at the forefront of technology. Led by 33-year General Manager, Shawn Davis, and Las Vegas Events staff, the world’s big- gest rodeo has continually evolved. In 2019, much more new tech will be added to the overall experience. Digital Ticketing Technology Debuts in 2019 FAQ with Tim Keener, VP, Event & Ticketing Operations, Las Vegas Events What are the major changes that the fans will see this fall at the NFR? We will unveil numerous customer service upgrades to our rodeo fans this fall, plus we will announce a new secondary ticket partner for the Wrangler NFR. Las Vegas Events has part- nered with StubHub, the leader in the secondary ticket market, to become the Official Secondary and Fan-To-Fan Site of the Wrangler NFR. The new relationship with StubHub will allow fans selling and buying an easier process and a bigger market to distribute or secure tickets. In addition, our ticket base will now have access to several major customer service im- provements. The first improvement is their ability to ‘transfer tickets digitally’ to friends
